November 28, 2004 I had a new Demos report published last week (co-written with Paul Skidmore) called Disorganisation: why future organisations must 'loosen up'. Okay so we probably asked for it, but the number of people who've said they'll now think of me as an expert in disorganisation is slightly unsettling. Anyway, have a read and let me know what you think. Would you rather work for a 'disorganisation' than a 'hyper-organisation'? Consensus at the launch event certainly seemed closer to the former.
You won't be the first to make the joke...

November 01, 2004 Sorry for the long radio silence - I've been a bit busy to say the least. The blog has also had an upgrade (to Moveable Type) which isn't quite complete yet. I wrote an article for the Guardian a while back about how far you could take the open source model. I thought it was only fair to turn it into a wiki page and make it open source itself.
An open source article
