Back from a weekend away

Back from a weekend away to find John Naughton has written a really interesting review of Network Logic in the Observer. He's spotted a recurring Demos dilemma. We agonised for a long time over whether to include a single definition of 'network' but in the end decided to go for a network definition, if you see what I mean. Each author adds something to your understanding of network as noun and verb and once you've dipped in and out of a few essays you should hopefully feel a bit better equipped to navigate our network society. It reminds me of a quote by Stuart Kaufman "A definition is nether true or false; it is either useful or useless". I hope our approach is useful.
